Introducing your facilitators…

Our co-facilitated retreats are the culmination of decades of training, practice, and humbling life experiences for both of us. Beyond the collection of our individual skills and offerings, something magic happens when we come together. It feels sweet . . . divine . . . and bursting with vitality! We are sculpting this experience for you with deep care and attention to detail; fueled by the radiant joy that expands when we are together. This joy is palpable and contagious, and there is plenty of it to go around. The currencies of our friendship? Pure delight, deep soul sistership, and a profound capacity to transform any challenge into inspiring experiential wisdom. We are here to serve YOU!

Rachel Wyatt

(Yoga instructor)

Rachel Wyatt is a mother, yogi, artist and teacher. Each yoga class is a movement journey . . .

Poetic language and detailed alignment cues create a river of experience that each student can ride all the way to the shore of their being. Rachel creates a nurturing space where everyone is welcome to come as they are.

Her classes aim to grow each student’s ability to meet the raw material of their lives in a way that uplifts and supports wholeness and a capacity to be of service in this world. Rachel’s intuition and respect for ancient wisdom facilitate subtle shifts that can open up spacious new possibilities.

Rachel began practicing yoga and meditation in 1998 and has been teaching yoga since 2009. In 2003 she traveled to Mysore, India to study Ashtanga Yoga with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In 2009, she completed a 200hr Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Rameen Peyrow, in 2011: a 200hr Anusara Teacher Training with Chris Chavez, and a Restorative Teacher Training with Chris Manansala. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Performance from UBC Okanagan (Thesis - Room To Breathe: A Retreat For Educators) and runs a Performing Arts Program for children at the Vernon Community Music School. Before becoming a yoga teacher Rachel was a performing artist and a clown in the circus. She is currently completing her 5 th year of Training in Spacial Dynamics with Jaimen McMillan. Her most inspiring teachers are her joyful husband and her magical daughter!

Rachel’s classes are intentional offerings of love, support, guidance and grace. She shares so freely in the sacred Yoga space. Rachel has been a bright light and a grounding force in my transition into a new community. All the subtle moments for inward reflection, beautiful breaths, togetherness and holding of social space make life so much richer for all of us.

Sarah Wildeman

(guided reflection and group facilitation)

Sarah has facilitated more than 25 retreats. Sarah’s presence gives you permission to BE, to rest in who you are, as you are.  Her words invite a deepening of self-reflection, gently pointing towards courageous transformative action. She brings deep curiosity, a compassionate heart, and a unique ability to truly see people, to serve her clients as they uncover truth within themselves that they might not have otherwise discovered. She leads with grace and is not afraid of the fullness of a person.

She led her first women’s circle in 2003, and has spent her life in a practice of creating safe space for others to come home to themselves.  When she trained and certified as a coach in 2014 she discovered that she already was a coach by nature: asking powerful questions, challenging the status quo, seeing the potential in everyone, and motivating real action.

Sarah is wholeheartedly engaged in working on herself: open to be transformed by every experience. This practice yields wisdom that she shares with an authority and integrity that is well beyond her years.  Sarah offers this total attentiveness and deep care to each of her clients, guiding them joyfully toward embodying the clarity of vision that rises to the surface whenever she is around. Sarah has a very unusual capacity to sustain her attention on the divinity within any given situation, revealing surprising clarity of vision and deep integrated healing.

Sarah is the real thing. Her authenticity is refreshing, her presence is energizing. When I am around her, it is easier to be who I really am. I feel seen, heard, celebrated, trusted and appreciated. Her strength and clarity are balanced with a depth of compassion and sweet tenderness that simultaneously make you feel safe, and calls you forward to become who you are called to be.
