A number of years ago we made a big move - new province, city, community, jobs, home - we had two months of perpetual transition where we ‘moved’ 11 times with a one-year-old and a dog, while we waited for our home to become available. Exhaustion and change mostly left us irritable and feeling like less than our best selves. Major life transitions, even the really great ones, often unearth deep insecurities or fears and consume a lot of our energy.
“What if it didn’t have to be so hard?”
Whether it is some major life change or simply a feeling that something ‘needs to change’, or even a subtle shift in life structure or paradigm, Transition Coaching in this season of your life can help to bring balance, focus, and direction.
Together we may explore transitions such as (but definitely not limited to):
A career change or promotion
Loss of a loved one
A diagnosis or illness
A sense of dissatisfaction or a feeling of needing a change in work or life
A change in a relationship
A sense of identity loss or shift
A shift in values or priorities
Changes to your financial situation
"i feel more free to celebrate my successes and wins."
I have relished my time coaching with Sarah. She has helped me find clarity and direction, and has walked me through some of the more difficult questions in a season of transition. Sarah understands when to encourage and when to challenge, and has helped me feel much more liberated from the overbearing ‘should’ in my life! I feel more equipped to manage change and challenges, and more free to celebrate my successes and wins. Working with Sarah I have found new perspective, and I find myself looking forward to stepping forward in to this new season with momentum. I am equipped with a better understanding of who I am and where I'm going.
